New year, new you! Come take Kettlebell Boot Camp Blast with Erica Landes, certified NASM personal trainer and nutritionist. Blast calories with a combination of HIIT (high intensity interval training) and functional strength training using your own body weight! Expect to burn 600 calories in 60 minutes while toning your whole body!

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of each class.
